Accessibility statement
This page explains how the site was built to be usable by everyone and how to report an accessibility problem.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Compliance status
The site was designed and checked to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
This is a statement by the owner of the site, based on an internal check: there is no accessibility certificate issued by a third party and this statement does not stand in for one.
The statement covers the pages of this site. The Airbnb pages the site links to are external and are not part of the assessment.
Measures adopted
- Semantic structure: every page has a single main heading, one H1, and the section headings follow the order of the text without skipping a level.
- Keyboard navigation: every control can be reached with Tab and with the navigation keys, and the focused element stays visible at all times, thanks to the :focus-visible style.
- Distinguishable links: links have a different colour from the text and a bottom border, and they stay recognisable without colour.
- Checked contrast: body text keeps a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against the background, large text at least 3:1.
- Images with alternative text: every image has a descriptive alternative text that says what is shown.
- No information carried by colour alone: states and differences are always accompanied by text or by a graphic sign.
- Zoom: the site stays readable and complete with the zoom up to 200%, with no overlapping and no loss of content.
- Responsive layout: the pages are designed to be read from 320 pixels wide and adapt to the width of the screen.
- System preferences respected: the site respects prefers-reduced-motion, which switches off non-essential animation, and prefers-color-scheme, which adapts the colours to the light or dark scheme of the device.
- Nothing flashes: there is no content that flashes more than three times per second.
- Skip link: the first thing you meet with the keyboard is a link that takes you to the main content.
- Labels in forms: the fields have an associated label and the buttons have a text that explains the action.
- Declared language: every page states its own language, also for the programmes that read the text aloud.
Known limitations
No specific limitations are known at the time of the assessment.
If you find a page that does not work well with the way you access it, write to us: we fix it and, if needed, we update this statement.
Assessment
The assessment was carried out on 21 October 2026 by the owner of the site, A&G Home, with a manual review of all the public pages and an automatic accessibility check on the main pages.
The manual check covered the order of the headings, keyboard navigation, the visibility of the focus, colour contrast, alternative texts, zoom at 200% and reading at 320 pixels wide.
The automatic check was run with Lighthouse, the tool used in the site quality check.
Reports and complaints
If you find an accessibility problem, write to AeG.home.sr@gmail.com or call 338 944 2554. Describe the page, the problem and, if possible, the technology you use: browser, screen reader or keyboard.
We answer every message, usually within an hour. If the report needs a technical check you still get a first answer within seven days.
If you think the answer is not adequate and the issue also concerns the processing of your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, under Art. 24 of the Privacy Code: www.garanteprivacy.it .
You can in any case turn to the competent supervisory authority in the country where you live.
Fairness note
This statement describes the work done by A&G Home and does not replace the accessibility obligations set by the rules in force for the parties that are subject to them.
In Italy the full accessibility obligations apply to public administrations and to the parties indicated by the law. A&G Home is not among them, but it chose to make the site accessible and to state it point by point, so that travellers can choose with information.
