The Google Maps map
The Google Maps map is the only external resource that can set its own cookies. On the Location and Contact pages the map is embedded with a Google frame (iframe): loading it makes the browser contact Google, which may save its own cookies, for example to remember map preferences or an approximate location.
Those cookies are Google’s responsibility, not A&G Home’s. Our information notice on the data we process is the privacy notice ; for Google’s cookies Google’s own rules apply, and Google describes their purposes and duration on its own site.
If you prefer to load nothing from Google, you can avoid the embedded map entirely: on the Location and Contact pages you will find the “Open the map” link, which opens Google Maps in a separate tab. In that case our site loads no Google resource at all, because the map opens on a different site.
Your rights and how to contact us
You can ask for information, block or delete cookies directly through your browser settings, without writing to anyone. For third-party cookies you can approach the providers: Google, through the “delete data” request page on its own site; Airbnb, through the data protection request form on its site.
Otherwise the rights described in the privacy notice apply: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and portability. Write to AeG.home.sr@gmail.com or call 338 944 2554.
Legal references
This notice is based on Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Italian Data Protection Code) and in particular on Art. 122, which governs cookies and informed consent on the internet, and on Legislative Decree no. 208 of 21 June 2021, which transposed Directive 2002/58/EC. The rights relating to personal data are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, available on EUR-Lex .
The Garante per la protezione dei dati personali guidelines on cookies and tracking techniques (Order no. 231 of 4 June 2021) and the EDPB Guidelines 07/2024 explain how consent has to be collected and documented: that is where our choice not to use tracking tools, and therefore not to need a banner, comes from.
In November 2025 the European Commission presented a package amending the digital framework, known as the Digital Omnibus, which provides for moving the cookie consent regime into the GDPR. That text is not law yet: until it is published and enters into force, the legal basis remains the one set out above. This page will be updated if the situation changes.
