The National Identification Code (CIN)

The CIN is mandatory for tourist accommodation and for short-term rentals. It was introduced by Art. 13-ter of Decree-Law no. 145/2023, converted into Law no. 191/2023.

It must be displayed outside the property and reported in every online listing, including our own website. That is why it also appears in the footer of every page of this site.

From 20 May 2026, online platforms check the CIN before making a listing visible and pass booking data to the Ministry of Tourism. From 2026 the CIN must also be reported in the tax return and in the Certificazione Unica.

The Constitutional Court, in judgment no. 163/2026 filed on 8 October 2026, declared the Apulian regional rule that made the issue of the CIN conditional on the CIR, the regional code, illegitimate. The judgment does not touch the obligation: the CIN remains mandatory and regions cannot add extra burdens.

This site is not an e-commerce platform: it does not enter into contracts and does not handle payments. The CIN appears here only to comply with the duty to display it.

What this site is

This site is an informative showcase: it describes the homes, the area and the terms of the stay.

It does not take orders, does not enter into contracts, does not handle payments, has no booking system and contains no forms that send data to a server.

Booking and payment take place exclusively on Airbnb. The hospitality agreement is concluded with Airbnb Ireland UC, which runs the platform: prices, availability and terms are the ones shown on the listing.

The site issues no receipts and does not stand between you and the platform. Airbnb issues the documents for the stay.

Reference rules

The rules that apply to this site and to the data it handles are the ones in force on 21 October 2026. In short:

One clarification: the reform of cookie consent, the so-called Digital Omnibus, is not law yet. Until it becomes law, Art. 122 of the Privacy Code and the Garante’s cookie guidelines apply in Italy.

• Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 on e-commerce: this page applies its Art. 3.
• Directive (EU) 2025/2647 , published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 30 December 2025: it updates the framework for out-of-court dispute settlement. Transposition is due by 20 March 2028 and application starts on 20 September 2028.
• Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 : it repeals the European regulation on online disputes, removes the obligation to host the link to the European platform and closes that service, discontinued on 20 July 2025.

Liability for the information on this site

The distances and travel times shown on the pages are calculated on OpenStreetMap data and are indicative: the real route changes with traffic, with roadworks and with the route you choose.

Opening hours of the places, service conditions and road conditions can change at any time.

If you need a detail to decide, check it with the platform you use and with the operator before you travel: rely on what the platforms and the operator publish at the time of booking.

Intellectual property

The texts of this site and its layout are original and belong to the operator. The photographs of the homes are the operator’s.

The images of places and products come from Wikimedia Commons and are used with attribution, under the licence shown next to the image.

The A&G Home trademark belongs to the operator. Third-party names and brands mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

External links

The site links to third-party websites, such as Airbnb and Google Maps. We are not responsible for them: neither for their content, nor for their prices, nor for their availability, nor for their terms of service.

When you follow an external link you move to a site run by others: from that moment the rules of that site apply, not these.

Limitation of liability

Within the limits allowed by law, A&G Home is not liable for the damage arising from the use of this site, except for unjust enrichment, harm to a person and damage to property.

The limitation does not apply to damage arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and it does not prejudice the rights of consumers.

Competent court and governing law

For relations with consumers, the court of the place of residence or of the elected domicile of the consumer remains competent.

In all other cases, the court of Syracuse is competent. Italian law applies.

For your stay, the terms Airbnb applies to the listing at the time of booking apply.
